​​Nicolás Suszczyk was born in Buenos Aires and has spent nearly three decades writing about James Bond. During that time, he has contributed articles to magazines and websites in both English and Spanish, with his work also translated into French, Portuguese, and Swedish. His passion for GoldenEye, the first James Bond film starring Pierce Brosnan, led him to found The GoldenEye Dossier in 2011. Since becoming a published author in 2019, he has written several books on the world of 007, including THE WORLD OF GOLDENEYE, THE BOND OF THE MILLENNIUM, and A VIEW TO A THRILL: A CLOSER LOOK AT THE JAMES BOND TRAILERS, all of which were later updated and expanded. In 2020, he also published THE FILMS OF MARTIN CAMPBELL, an exploration of the career of the director behind GoldenEye and The Mask of Zorro. THE POWER OF HAVING YOU NEAR is his first published work of fiction.
